04What we need from you

05Contracts and terms

In writing, before the work starts.

Price: From €8,400 a month per full-time engineer. We bill the hours worked; you do not pay for holidays or sick days.
Term: Three months minimum, then cancellable with one month’s notice to the end of a month; an email is enough.
Payment: No prepayment: invoice at the end of the month with the statement of hours, payable within 14 days.
Rights to the code: Once a month is paid in full, you hold the exclusive rights of use in the code written for you that month.
Replacement: If an engineer is not a fit, we propose another; we do not bill their first three working days.
Proposal: You receive a written proposal; a short confirmation by email is enough.
Confidentiality: If you wish, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before we start. We name you as a reference only with your consent.
Data: Where we have access to personal data, we sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR first.
Access: We work with our own personal accounts, which you grant and can revoke at any time. We never need your password.
