After each milestone you review the result within ten working days.

03Contracts and terms

In writing, before the work starts.

Price: A fixed price for a written scope.
Payment: No prepayment: invoice after each milestone is accepted, payable within 14 days.
Changes: Anything beyond the agreed scope we offer as an addendum with a price before we build it.
Defects: We fix defects within the agreed scope free of charge; the statutory warranty applies.
Rights to the code: Once paid in full, you hold the exclusive rights of use in the code we write for you. Openly licensed components keep their own licences.
Afterwards: Operations and further development in a retainer, if you wish.
Proposal: You receive a written proposal; a short confirmation by email is enough.
Confidentiality: If you wish, we sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before we start. We name you as a reference only with your consent.
Data: Where we have access to personal data, we sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR first.
Access: We work with our own personal accounts, which you grant and can revoke at any time. We never need your password.
