System-Check
Three working days in your code, database and deployment, then a written report and a call: what the system really does, where the risks sit, what an upgrade path costs. Credited in full against a retainer that starts within 60 days.
€1,290 fixed price
01What you get
- 01A written report: what the system actually does today
- 02The risks, ordered by urgency
- 03An upgrade path in steps, with effort estimates
- 04A closing meeting of about 60 to 90 minutes in which we go through the report together
02What we look at
01
Code
Structure, dependencies and framework versions, test coverage, places with a high risk of change.
02
Database
Data model, integrity, indexes and growth, backups and restore.
03
Deployment and operations
Build, hosting, CI/CD, monitoring, handling of credentials.
04
Integrations
External services the system depends on, and how they fail.
03How it runs
01
Kick-off
Settle the reason and the questions, set up access.
02
Three working days
Analysis of your code, your database and your deployment.
03
Report
Within five working days of the kick-off.
04
Closing meeting
Go through the report, agree the next steps.
04What we need from you

- Whatever documentation on deployment and hosting exists, however patchy
- A contact person for the kick-off and for questions

- Bug fixes
- A penetration test
Which of these are needed is in the report afterwards.
